Today kept the workout a little bit light...
Becoz today need to attend college so to get ready not get that much time in workout....

Today completed 1 week ....
Today's workout is not challenging but not that easy to do too...
thinking of adding pushup nd  lifting weights as regular exercise....
The diet is increased a little but not fully stasified need of body....
