Workout without equipment ( 1 Aug, 2017 )

Today workout ( 100 push-ups )
Upper body workout
Type - circuit
No equipment

Image is show with description of each exercise...
U can do it 5 times if u can do it... Depending on your fitness and how far you can push yourself...

I have completed it 3 times.... Thus completed 60 push-ups... And even push myself further to do another 10 push-ups too.. 
Take rest of 2 min between...
But you can take rest of 1 min to push your limits...
