Workout without gym ( 28 july, 2017 )

Started the day with meditation...
It was hard to concentrate and free mind from those keep pop up thoughts on screen of mind...
But try to manage and done for approx 13 min....

For today's workout ( Casanova workout )
Strength workout for full body.....

Attached pic of workout with which muscels group it help to work on....

But before starting that workout do warmup...

This make muscle ready for the load you goona put on them and also help to preheat the muscle so that no sudden stress develop...

After completing warmup do Casanova workout.

And according to gladiator traning plan today is the day for strength workout   .

All the details are mention on image itself  for Casanova workout.  
3 sets with 2 min rest in b/w...

But this workout seem to be pretty hard for me... As i only completed 1 set . 
This is classic type of workout. 
Which require to go from one exercise to another ...

But it's good to try new workout ...
It let us know where we stand , so we can again set the limit for ourselves and try to achieve it at meaningful time...

Same a doing warmup in starting a workout...

We should do stretching at end of workout.  

It will give help to muscel to rest but relax the muscles...
