Today workout (27 july,2017 )

Started with a mediation of 15 min....
This make me remove all unwanted thought in mind and make me feel relax...
Do it too...

Then today workout....
According to the training plan ( galidiator )

Today is rest or casual traning day.. .
Rest not an option if u feel u still have the muscels too move...
Pick up hourly drills ...
Detail on the image....

From the past two day of uper and lower workout ... Muscels feeling a little hard time... Thus it is good idea to slow the phase so that muscels got the time too grow. 

Just don't keep pushing the muscels unnecessarily... They too need time to grow with what u feed them....
