Today workout ( 24 july,2017 )

I am following a training plan name as gladiator which mainly focus on strength and tone of muscle.. 

Yesterday I had done strength workout..

And according to training plan
today as show in image
Day 2... It's day of rest or casual traiNing...
And for me rest is not an option so considering casual traiNing...
Attached a pic which have 10 exercise...
And it come under hourly ...
That's mean after every 1 hour u can perform One of these exercise and continue ur casual traiNing...

U can perform different casual traning like walking, doing a light workout.    In all anything that just keep u moving through out the day.  

In  morning I also done meditation for about 15 min...

That's all u can ask anything u want
