Start with 4 min warmup without any rest

Today's workout (punch out )
3 sets with 2 min rest in b/w

Difficulty is hard ... Tried this difficulty for the first time because i feel lower difficulty is not making difference nd not pushing me much...
This difficulty make me full in sweat but done successfully..
