Day 4

Today's without start with a dout in mind... Is this suitable workout or not , is this helping me to gain weight or not, nd all these thought is letting me give up for today......
But is what I have to flight becoz result can not be seen in just few day . I have to regular nd fight with my own thought...
Nd after winning over .mind it feel gret becoz today I overcome it nd just don't give up....
That's what the spirit is needed.....
Further if my mind is making any dout I should clear them before those point become stronger....
