Day 3

The 3rd day is always a challenging day... Because it let  me fight with myself to not wakeup nd no do exercise...
But still I manage to wake up nd started doing my workout as my own workout plan which I posted ....
Throught out the day I maybe feel like I loosing weight additional becoz not taking proper diet ... I should take it more serious....
But overall I should keep going...
