Today completed 1 week ....
Today's workout is not challenging but not that easy to do too...
thinking of adding pushup nd  lifting weights as regular exercise....
The diet is increased a little but not fully stasified need of body....

Day 6

Today day start pretty well ... The pain from pervious day nad fever is not making today workout difficult...
Today a started daily dare of degree.com
Thinking now to give a look on workout plan and make it more better but till that time go on slow phase....
Becoz finding that I am loosing weight...
So first make a diet that good which can keep up with workout

Day 5

Day started pretty well.... But there is hurry in today's workout becoz I need to attend college today....
But workout is completed smoothly...
Today done abs workout due to which feels pain at lower ab... Nd mg Heath is not good today too.... Have a minute fever I think....
Due to which the diet is not followed and eaten very less....
Hope tomorrow will be back on track

Day 4

Today's without start with a dout in mind... Is this suitable workout or not , is this helping me to gain weight or not, nd all these thought is letting me give up for today......
But is what I have to flight becoz result can not be seen in just few day . I have to regular nd fight with my own thought...
Nd after winning over .mind it feel gret becoz today I overcome it nd just don't give up....
That's what the spirit is needed.....
Further if my mind is making any dout I should clear them before those point become stronger....

Day 3

The 3rd day is always a challenging day... Because it let  me fight with myself to not wakeup nd no do exercise...
But still I manage to wake up nd started doing my workout as my own workout plan which I posted ....
Throught out the day I maybe feel like I loosing weight additional becoz not taking proper diet ... I should take it more serious....
But overall I should keep going...

Day 2

Continue from day  1 fitness lvl.  Day 2 workout started
As from my workout plan in below image I completed it....
I have personally made this workout programme without any mentor just the internet...
Not doing any gym currently ....
Just in home , first build some endurance then I think of gym...
Anybody need heLp on a workout at home can ask freely...
I am not an expert but have the information so not to start from a scratch...
