Workout without gym (4th Aug,2017)

Today workout ( astronaut )
Strength workout
Full body
Type - classic
Without equipment

Training plan ( galidiator )

Complete one excerise which have 3 set of each with rest in b/w and rest after completion of 1 exercise then continue with next one...

All details mention on image.
Image with with body parts this workout work on is also shown...

It took me approx 14 minute to complete this workout....
Which better then pervious time ( 17 minute's)...

Challenge's of Life

Workout without equipment ( 1 Aug, 2017 )

Today workout ( 100 push-ups )
Upper body workout
Type - circuit
No equipment

Image is show with description of each exercise...
U can do it 5 times if u can do it... Depending on your fitness and how far you can push yourself...

I have completed it 3 times.... Thus completed 60 push-ups... And even push myself further to do another 10 push-ups too.. 
Take rest of 2 min between...
But you can take rest of 1 min to push your limits...

Roller coaster ride


One day you were experiencing that you have all you need , you got what you deserve , you met with someone who bring something new , something positive in you...

And just another day you lost all that ...

You experience you not achieve what you should be,

You don't get what you worked for, you don't meet the people who gave you something new instead left with some negative comments negative thoughts....

But days not stop ... As the day before is the day u want and the day today is not what you accept...

 These days  Will continue to come and go and just act they r acting for millions of year...

So why getting down on those bad days and even getting overexcited on these wonderful days...

Yes good days should be enjoyed but don't let them make you comfortable becoz maybe you don't know that you should be ready for the next day...

On those down days ... See it as you  crossed the day and hope the next day will be day which will bring joy... Even if it take some more days rather than just a single day... Becoz as good days remain for few days .. down days can also be remain for few more days tooo.....

And as I am not saying it as bad day instead I am using it a down day... Becoz that day is just not letting u go easy  and that's not bad.. take it as good for your good days... Preparing you for your good days....

So enjoy each day and as long you reached 

The next day.... You succeed.... And all that matters....

Dont let ur boat sink

Workout without gym ( 28 july, 2017 )

Started the day with meditation...
It was hard to concentrate and free mind from those keep pop up thoughts on screen of mind...
But try to manage and done for approx 13 min....

For today's workout ( Casanova workout )
Strength workout for full body.....

Attached pic of workout with which muscels group it help to work on....

But before starting that workout do warmup...

This make muscle ready for the load you goona put on them and also help to preheat the muscle so that no sudden stress develop...

After completing warmup do Casanova workout.

And according to gladiator traning plan today is the day for strength workout   .

All the details are mention on image itself  for Casanova workout.  
3 sets with 2 min rest in b/w...

But this workout seem to be pretty hard for me... As i only completed 1 set . 
This is classic type of workout. 
Which require to go from one exercise to another ...

But it's good to try new workout ...
It let us know where we stand , so we can again set the limit for ourselves and try to achieve it at meaningful time...

Same a doing warmup in starting a workout...

We should do stretching at end of workout.  

It will give help to muscel to rest but relax the muscles...

Today workout (27 july,2017 )

Started with a mediation of 15 min....
This make me remove all unwanted thought in mind and make me feel relax...
Do it too...

Then today workout....
According to the training plan ( galidiator )

Today is rest or casual traning day.. .
Rest not an option if u feel u still have the muscels too move...
Pick up hourly drills ...
Detail on the image....

From the past two day of uper and lower workout ... Muscels feeling a little hard time... Thus it is good idea to slow the phase so that muscels got the time too grow. 

Just don't keep pushing the muscels unnecessarily... They too need time to grow with what u feed them....

#Compeit with #yourself

The only person u should try to be better than, is the person you were yesterday......

We come in contact with different people's , with their different personalities  .... And we try to compare with ourselves to those... And we don't even notice that we started improvizing ourself according to their personalities ..
But that is wrong .
every individual have different personalities, different choices, different liking, .....
U can't like the things which other like.   U can just act that u like, u can't feel same of someone other feel like.... U can just act like that.....

But u r not an actor and no movie or play u r performing..  so why to act.... And be someone else....

If u like something , if u don't like what other like ,.... No matter....
This make u unique.....
U have a different personalities...
Yeah ....
say it urself ... I have a different opinion, different liking , hence different personality....

And the person who is different from the crowd is unique... And that makes us special too....
Nd u should proud of that....

So instead of having competing with other... Why not do it with urself.   
Yes why not...
Take it like this way.. .
U completed 5 push-up today.... Try to do 10 on next day....

Now taking same to different thing ....
Like what u do...
Be more focus on it... As u were yesterday . .  
Be more hardworking than u were yesterday....
Try more than u yesterday did....

Just keep overcome urself and keep improving urself....

Start with the day with 10 min meditation...
Set my body and mind to make a bond with each other....

Today workout....
First 4 min warmup.

Following galidiator training plan...

Today according to that it's leg workout
And I chose workout named as " LEG SHRED "

Attached image below with which muscle group it help to work on...

I take rest of 1 min b/w exercise to push myself further.....
And I can say that I was all in sweat that mean it worked for me....

60 sec wall sit gave me a hard time... But feel great becoz I don't give up until I completed it....

Total I took approx 18 min to complete workout

After completing "LEG SHRED" workout.  
Done stretching named as fighter's stretching...

Today's workout ( 25 july, 2017 )

Following my training plan ( gladiator )
But first done a 4 min warmup
Today workout is for upper body ( chest and back)
Today I also include dumbel or accordingly what I used stone bricks as dumbel .. u can see pic of those...

Divided in 6 exercise
Should be done as mention on pic...
Push up give me a hard time today...
Started with brick but after two sets I remove brick and done rest 2 set as regural push up...
Then continue with remaining exercise with brick accordingly...
It took me 24 min approx to completed the workout.
After completing I was all in sweat which give good sign that this workout push my limits...
After completing workout done a short stretching with arms and shoulder stretch.

Then taking a rest of 10 min..
Comes
Meditation....
Done for approx 10 min...

Past and future

As the day continue we come across so many thing we want to do , we want to achieve , we want to enjoy ... But as day only give us 24 hr to do all that maybe sometime we can't acheive all those what we want....
But that doesn't mean those dream , those things , those moments we want to live are over with that day...

Maybe sometimes this too happen that things keep adding to the past and become a pile of things to do...

But that also doesn't mean we have loosen up are dream or things we we want to do...

Failure occur in past come to teach us lesson what should not to be repeated in future..

Even u miss those thing in past ... Remember what make u not to acheive those ...

Work in present on those and keep looking and keep moving forwards...

Becoz as it say if past doesn't seem like u think about... It's also doesn't mean that future will not what u imagine...

Today workout ( 24 july,2017 )

I am following a training plan name as gladiator which mainly focus on strength and tone of muscle.. 

Yesterday I had done strength workout..

Day 2... It's day of rest or casual traiNing...
And for me rest is not an option so considering casual traiNing...

And it come under hourly ...
That's mean after every 1 hour u can perform One of these exercise and continue ur casual traiNing...

U can perform different casual traning like walking, doing a light workout.    In all anything that just keep u moving through out the day.  

In  morning I also done meditation for about 15 min...
