1 st day college

It's been almost 5 years... Yeah mostly correct 5 year .... Date on which I wrote it was mention 5 August 2013.... And today is 10 august 2018....
Exact 5 years 5 days..... What a coincidence.....
Feel like I should clear my staff out and found these notes I wrote after coming from the first day of my college, motivated and all.... Feel like good currently.... Simile on my face....
Old memories r good to keep nd when it comes to u after a long time... It's tell how much u grow , how much u become more adult in thoughts and feelings compared to past.... How much far u reached.....

Just keep going

Everyone ask or search for that guru mantra or serect for success...
I found it... Yeah really....
Just keep going , keep working, keep pushing urself without u want to or not but just dont give up , keep doing the hardship....

And i know this everyone know , yeah everyone know the guru mantra or serect to achieve any thing...
But problem what i my self  experienced is that i gave up.....

I work hard for 1 month ,then saw nothing working out , i m not geeting success... I start loosing up with my schedule , i taking less interest in it... I start giving excuse for not completing that days task ... And even without knowing i even stop doing my schedule and without i saying i gave up....

But what i relaized most of the time i did this thats why its hard....
No matter u seeing the result or not , just keep working...
Maybe u fail on the paper u r preparing but think u just gave u r 3 months only , and gave up.... Keep going even if u dont think why i studying it it will be no use...

Keep working... Becoz more u practice more u become good... And when their u see another exam... U are already prepared ... U dont need start again and have a deadline....

Keep going man , keep going whether u see it happening or not , just keep going...

Apni likhi baate apne tak he rak lette hae

Jisko chatte hae paddna ,patta nahi untak poochti hae ki nahi

Bus ye soch kae , ki un hae padda nahi patta hae...

Dil likhi hui baate ab jammne tak nahi janne detta....

Par samal ke rakte ja rahe wo sab likki hui batte...

Dil ko ummeed hae ki shayad koi aur milega, jo sirf padega nahi par samjhega

Usi pal ke liye bus liki hui batte samale ja rahe hae..........

Workout without gym (4th Aug,2017)

Without equipment

Training plan ( galidiator )

Complete one excerise which have 3 set of each with rest in b/w and rest after completion of 1 exercise then continue with next one...

It took me approx 14 minute to complete this workout....
Which better then pervious time ( 17 minute's)...
