Dont give up

This everyone feel everyday

everyday can't be same...
Everyday can't bring same thing u do yesterday or in past...
Everyday cant the same day u feel happy..
Nd even everyday cant be the day which bring u bad times...

Everyday is unique....
As the day starts , it start with new thing to do , new things to experience...

Nd in everyday we someday feel a little down nd we just feel not to do what should be done...
But that's the chain of everyday...
Just what u need to do..
Is stand up... Even if it's hard ... Just take a first step.. becoz u too know that just the first is hard after that it just came in rthyme...
I can take my example... I feel hard to wakeup nd come off my bed... But once I jump out I know what next to do.. exercise... But for that I need to come off bed...

Same way just don't stop just... Wakeup... Dress up nd just keep doing...
Just don't give up

Today workout ( 23 july, 2017 )

Again continuing after a long break of 15 days approx... Yeah a long for a person who do exercise nd pretty long gap for muscle to develop..
Continue workout with regulatory it will help much more on muscle development and become a habit... Which will later make ur body to do workout automatically... It will become need of body.. 

So for today's workout....

First do a warmup...

Involved 6 different exercise which can be seen clearly on image with instructions how much time to perform with rest time..
Try to take rest of 1 min

It take me approx 15min nd 37 sec to complete this workout

After that when u gain yr breath back nd realaxed do,

Meditation

Workout help  physically nd meditation mentally.
I have done approx 7 min meditation.. try to do b/w 15 to 20 min...

14 july, 207

just can't stop

This happen  many months before but today also when it comes in mind as a image nd automatically converted in a short clip make me simile.....
I am attending my regular lecture like always nd its our first lecture of day nd sir just enter the class and start the lecture nd after some she enter ...... I just take a look on her as she enter nd I am lost.... ( dont know but today she is looking different , in other words beautiful then other days) ..... I dont know why but everytime I saw her during that lecture I feel diverted nd I just dont know why cant stop my neck to turn towards her.... ( but it feel good ) ..... so like a small child or my childish behavior come out nd to focus I put my hand in side of face to cover my eyesight toward her.... I somehow now cant see her but doing such a thing make feel good nd somewhat idiot too.....
that what happen nd now whenver that clip play on my mind or I think of that short momement I just dont stop it nd just lost on that nd loose all my  problems nd just simile
