Likte ja rahe hae

Likte to hum bi hae apne dil  ki baate
Padatte bi the jamane ko...
Par ab....

Apni likhi baate apne tak he rak lette hae

Jisko chatte hae paddna ,patta nahi untak poochti hae ki nahi

Bus ye soch kae , ki un hae padda nahi patta hae...

Dil likhi hui baate ab jammne tak nahi janne detta....

Par samal ke rakte ja rahe wo sab likki hui batte...

Dil ko ummeed hae ki shayad koi aur milega, jo sirf padega nahi par samjhega

Usi pal ke liye bus liki hui batte samale ja rahe hae..........

Jo pal sath me nibha na sakke ,
Sapne me wo jee leeta hu

Workout without gym (4th Aug,2017)

Today workout ( astronaut )
Strength workout
Full body
Type - classic
Without equipment

Training plan ( galidiator )

Complete one excerise which have 3 set of each with rest in b/w and rest after completion of 1 exercise then continue with next one...

It took me approx 14 minute to complete this workout....
Which better then pervious time ( 17 minute's)...

Workout without equipment ( 1 Aug, 2017 )

Today workout ( 100 push-ups )
Upper body workout
Type - circuit
No equipment

Image is show with description of each exercise...
U can do it 5 times if u can do it... Depending on your fitness and how far you can push yourself...

I have completed it 3 times.... Thus completed 60 push-ups... And even push myself further to do another 10 push-ups too.. 
Take rest of 2 min between...
But you can take rest of 1 min to push your limits...
